AP Voter List 2023

The Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly elections are going to be held shortly. There are 175 constituencies in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The parties have already begun campaigning for the same. The leading parties, such as YSRCP, JSP and TDP, are organising mass contact programs and arranging public meetings to promote their parties.

Earlier in Dec 2022, Govt took the decision to not involve the teachers in the election duties. The YS Jagan Mohan Reddy government’s decision for the community of teachers not to be doing the duties performed in the election was not welcomed by the union and community.

Also, Congress leader Chinta Mohan, a Union Minister, stated that the old method of voting in elections through ballot paper should be adopted again. He said that the earlier method should be used in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections. He also said that the EVMs are misused by other parties to maintain their rule.

AP Voter List PDF Download

The voters’ list will be released by the authorities of the AP State Election Commission. In Dec 2022, a petition was signed asking the voter list software to be more transparent. The plea was made after the names of lakhs of voters got deleted from the voters’ list in AP and TS.

The AP Voter list can be downloaded from the official portal of the AP election Commission page. The list will have the name of the candidates who have registered themselves in their municipalities/blocks. They are provided with a Voter ID card that they have to carry on the day of voting. The people can also carry other ID proof as well, like an Aadhar card.

The AP elections will be going to held shortly. The State Assembly elections voters will require their Voter Identity cards on the voting day. Those who have not yet registered themselves shall go to the office and do registration as a voter.

They will have to carry the required document for the verification of their citizenship, residency, and age.

AP District Wise Voters

The Election Commission will release the list of the voters present in 26 districts of AP. The state is divided into three regions, namely: Costal Andhra, Uttarandhra, and Rayalaseema.

The elections are scheduled to be organised in or before June 2024. The last elections were held in April 2019. The elections are going to be conducted for the 175 members.

The authorities will first release the notification. Then the party members will be able to file the nominations after this, and there will be scrutiny by officials, then poll day and the counting of votes at last to elect the representative.

The district-wise list will have the total number of seats, Turnout percentage and all Parties winning per cent (YSRCP, TDP, Janasena Party, Congress, BJP, and other parties). The list will also be sharing the Region-wise and Reserved Category wise data.

How to Check name Electoral Rolls 2023?

The Draft Electoral Rolls – 2023 have been prepared and uploaded by the AP election authorities. To check your electoral rolls in the AP District Wise Voters list, you can follow the process provided below:

• Go to the authentic portal of the AP Election Commission.
• Then there, you have to select your district from the drop-down menu.
• Then secondly, select the Assembly Constituency from the names provided in the menu.
• Then click on the Get Polling Station button.
• After you click on it, the list with the Polling Station Name and Polling Station Location will appear.
• Now you can download the list as per your language preference: Telugu or English.
