Israel? I'm an American…I went to Israel. It was just on the news..there is continuous conflict and threat of death. I'm concerned for my own safety living near Chicago and going there regularly. We are not in a threat of destruction. Bad drivers, crime, ect..

Happyness can be inexpansive, it all depends upon the practice of being happy creating a supernatural world in mind and living in that world after fulfilling the work for necessary needs of life to the point. ( Relegions usually give rise to such thoughts ).
Happyness is a state of mind far away from the set standards in the list.
I feel the agony inside my wife when she wishes for more and more. I have a practice of feeling happyness with the help of a supernatural existing entity in my mind and also by understanding the difference among the needs, wants and luxuaries, yes we should try to have these but we should have a sense not to become over in achieving these. If there was no death then these were extraordinaryly attainable but if we will be a heap of mud one day then nothing is important but yes passing the time without created worries is a must. And this I told is not a rule, there is always a liberty of choice, how you set your own rules to keep you happy but remember over burdonning will decrease your happyness.
For more and more awareness we strive and in the more happyness we will be, but some people start drowining in worries as they open the doors of awareness so contentment training is necessary side by side.
Happyness is an abstract thing, means you can not measure or fix rules. Is a millionair happy when he comes to know that the girl whom he loves is not in love with him so dear you can not put certain things under some rules, specially thise which are abstract.
