JEE Main 2023

The JEE Main 2023 is a national entrance examination organized for admission to B.E./B.Tech, B.Arch, and to the B.Plan courses by NIT, IIIT, and CFIT.

JEE Main 2023 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants aspiring to the JEE Main 2023 can check the examination eligibility criteria below. It is important that applicants verify and ensure their eligibility for the JEE Main 2023 before completing the application form. The form of applicants who do not meet the JEE Main eligibility criteria may be rejected.

Nationality Indian nationals/OCI/PIO/Foreign nationals can be applying for the IIT JEE Main 2023.
Age Criteria There isn’t a particular age criterion to appear for the JEE Main.
Academic Criteria

 

 The applicant must have passed the 10th and 12th class examination or equivalent in 2020 or 2022. Those who present in 2023 are also eligible.

Students who took the 10 + 2 exam in 2016 but did not pass and then passed the same examination in 2019 cannot apply.

The candidates must have exceeded the qualification examination with a minimum of 5 topics: language, physics, mathematics, chemistry/biology/biotechnology/technical professional subject, and any other subject.

The applicant who appears in the 6 subjects will be considered the subject (fifth/sixth) with better marks.

Total No. Of Attempts There is no limited number of attempts for the JEE Main 2023.

Applicants need to follow the steps below to complete the JEE Main application form

  • And then Be ready with the scanned photograph, signature, and the left thumb impression required to be uploaded while filling the application form.

JEE Main 2023 Admit Card

Applicants who successfully submit the application form will only be able to download the JEE Main 2023 hall ticket prior to the examination. The hall ticket will be available on the official web portal probably a week before the scheduled examination.

Applicants will be able to download the JEE main admission card by logging into the official web portal. Applicants should keep the following in mind regarding the JEE 2023 Main Admission Card:

  • Nobody will be allowed to appear for the examination without a valid JEE main entrance
  • Applicants must show the hall ticket whenever he/she is invited to.
  • Applicants must ensure that the details on the hall ticket are In the event of a discrepancy, the student must immediately report it to the competent authority.
  • Students must bring valid ID such as Aadhar card, electoral card, driver’s license, passport, etc. to the examination center along with a hall
