HPTET Notification 2023
Himachal Pradesh State Board of Secondary Education releases the notification for the HPTET Exam for various TGT teachers. Approx more than 3000 candidates can be recruited this year. HP TET is a state-level exam that will be held for elementary: high school, and senior secondary schools in Himachal Pradesh. Interested candidates can fill out the application form soon.

HPTET Application Form 2023
The online application process for the HPTET 2023 will start soon. The forms will be available on the official website. Al th candidates who fill the exam requirement will fill out the application form. Candidates have to fill out the application form before the deadline. The online portal to apply will be open for a limited time. After closing it, the application should not be accepted by any mode.
The application is expected to start in mid of the year. Those applicants who fill out the application form with the fee can sit in the examination. The application fee for the HPTET exam for Gen is 800/- and for 500/- SC/ST. Therefore, the application is not complete without paying the application.
HPTET Eligibility 2023
The Eligibility criteria for the exam are different for different subjects. This is because there are other subjects to teach, and candidates choose their topic according to their education. The criteria for the exam are given below.

| TGT Medical | B.Sc with medical and 1-year B.ed with 50% scores from a recognized board. |
| Shastri | Shastri with a 50% score from the recognized awarding body of HP Govt. |
| Language Teacher (Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi) | B.A. with selected language and one year B.ed with 50% scores from a recognized board. |
| Junior Basic Training | They must have 10+2 with a 50% score and two years JBT certificate or 1-year Diploma in Elementary Education. |
Age Limit: There are no upper age limits to fill out the forms. The minimum age should be 21.

HPTET Selection Process 2023
The candidate who got there on the merit list is called for further process. Points wise explanation of the selection process is explained below:
- The first candidate has to fill out the application forms for HPTET 2023.
- After that admit card for the exam is issued.
- The exam of HPTET is conducted in pen-paper mode.
- Then the result of HPTET will declare.
- The cut-off list and Merit List were also released with results.
- Selected candidates on the merit list will be called for the documentation process.
- The final selected candidate list will be announced after documentation.
- Last, Teachers get recruited in the HP Government school according to their posts.
The HP government give them monthly wages. The teachers’ pay scale starts from 20,000 up to 40,00. In addition, they added and they will get an allowance included in the basic salary. Other details like personal leaves and other holidays will be explained after joining.
