  80. I have taken my 2nd dose of vaccination in UPHC in Alandur Chennai on 3rd March 2023 but my vaccination certificate is not available on the cowin portal. Is that the lethargic attitude of the staffs to upload my vaccination certificate even after a gap of more than one and half a month? How can I retrieve the document from the portal? When the vaccination is mandatory the the uploading of the certificates should also be made mandatory. The government must pinpoint the erring personel and give them stern warnings. This creates mental agony to the citizens.
