Sanditon Season 3 Release Date

Sanditon Season 3 Story
There is no official announcement about the third season of Sanditon. In Season 3, the relationship between Charlotte and Colbourne will be explored further, with a particular emphasis placed on their friendship throughout Season 2 and their kiss in the series finale. There is, of course, a catch, and that is the fact that Charlotte is already engaged to another man.
According to Sanditon showrunner Justin Young, “when the beginning of season 3 finds us, we discover Charlotte engaged to Ralph.” “We are certain of this much: Colbourne loves her, and she loves him back. But at this time, she is engaged with Ralph. How is everything going to play out?”
How to watch Sanditon 3?
We only know that Sanditon Season 3 will follow the same broadcasting schedule as previous seasons, with the premiere taking place on Britbox and the subsequent episodes airing on ITV. What happened in Sanditon Season 2?
Nine months after the end of season 1, Sanditon season 2 starts as the town’s popularity increases. At Mary Parker’s (Kate Ashfield) invitation, Charlotte travels to the lovely coastal city with her sister Alison (Rosie Graham). The two new males, Colonel Lennox (Tom Weston-Jones) and the reclusive Alexander Colbourne become interested in Charlotte (Ben Lloyd-Hughes). In her last summer before turning 21, Georgiana Lambe (Crystal Clarke) falls for eccentric artist Charles Lockhart (Alexander Vlahos), only to learn he is a cousin of her father, who attempted to turn her riches over to the Antiguan courts.

After his unsuccessful case, Lockhart decided to pursue Georgiana and wed into the fortune he believed was rightfully his to get Georgiana’s inheritance. Charlotte agrees to work as the governess for Colbourne’s niece and daughter. As she spends time with her two charges, Augusta Markham (Eloise Webb) and Leonora Colbourne (Flora Mitchell), Colbourne starts to open up around her, and she starts to see her employer from a different angle.
The Army arrives in Sanditon to set up a new post, bringing new relationships, friends, and issues for the locals. Alison falls for Captain William Carter (Maxim Ays), who wins her with fake stories of bravery. After learning about the trick, Alison has a newfound respect for Captain Declan Fraser (Frank Blake).
