As per District wise, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Farmer list YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme is to help the farmers by improving their economic condition according to their states. On 15 October 2019, Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, launched the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme. Farmers will get Rs 13,500 for 5 years through this scheme directly in their bank accounts. They can apply easily for this scheme in offline mode. On 15 May 2020, the first repayment was released under this scheme & then, the second installment was made accessible to the farmers on October 2020.

The installment or payment was made directly into the farmer’s bank account. Along with this, For the crop damage because of the cyclone, farmers get subsidies of Rs 645.98 crore which have been made accessible to them. Under this scheme, from June to November, Rs 914.75 crore has been made accessible to the farmers. Through this scheme, the government is trying to provide monetary benefits to the farmers. Only those farmers whose names will be on the list, which is available on the official website, will be eligible for the benefits under this scheme. 

YSR Rythu Bharosa Status 2023

Like PM Kisan Yojana, the YSR Rythu Bharosa scheme is similar for the farmers. Eligible farmers will get Rs 13,500 annually under this scheme. Farmers individually get the benefits of this scheme; the amount of Rs 13,500 is sent in three installments directly into their bank account & this Scheme is also known as “YSR Rythu Bharosa – PM Kisan” because of the association of the state governments YSR Rythu Bharosa Yojana & central government’s Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Yojana.

The state government gives Rs 7500 individually, & the Central government contributes Rs 6,000 under the PM Kisan Scheme which makes a total of Rs 13,500 which is then sent to the bank account of farmers annually. The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Y. S. Jagan Mohan, officially launched this scheme on 15 February 2019. 

YSR Rythu Bharosa Payment Status 2023

Under this scheme, about 49 lakh families will get a compensation package. During the Covid-19 epidemic & economic crisis,  the Andhra Pradesh government has transferred the first installment to the farmer’s bank accounts. The state government, in the month of April, deposited Rs 2000 as the first installment in the farmer’s bank account & the remaining amount of Rs 5500 will be transferred soon. The Andhra Pradesh state government has decided to spend a budget of Rs 6534 crore to pay these three installments or for the implementation of the YSR Rythu Bharosa Scheme List. Three phases by which Government will transfer the amount into the bank accounts of farmers are:

First Phase	Rs 2000+Rs 5500 Amount
Second Phase	Rs 4000
Third Phase	Rs 2000
Total	Rs 13500

YSR Rythu Bharosa Beneficiary List 2023

YSR Rythu Bharosa Beneficiary list is:

• With this scheme, Rs 13,500 annually will be made accessible to all farmers for 5 years.
• Farmers can use this amount in their farming.
• Along with this, farmers can now access 0% interest rate loans in Andhra Pradesh.
• Under this scheme,  9 hours of free electricity will be provided daily to all the farmers.
• Sixty-seven thousand five hundred tenant farmers will get Rs 2500 per year.
• Farmers, to save their crops from wastage, will be provided Godowns & cold storage in 175 assembly constituencies by the Andhra Pradesh government.
• Under this scheme, pending irrigation projects will also get completed.
• Farmers will get a Borewell Facility for proper irrigation.
• Under this scheme, farmers do not have to pay road taxes for using tractors.
• Under this scheme, many closed milk diaries will be reopened.
• Apart from all of this, Rs 5 lakh insurance cover will also be provided to the farmers.
• The government will pay for the insurance premium.
• But only the family of the farmer can avail of this benefit.
