SAIL MT Admit Card 2023
The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) will upload the SAIL MT Admit Card 2023 on its official webpage 10 to 15 days before the examination. All aspirants registered for the SAIL Management Trainees Recruitment 2023 can check their admit cards online once published. The applicants will need their login credentials, which they got during the registration process, to check their admit cards. All the applicants must remember to carry a government-approved identity proof like Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, etc. and at least two recent passport-sized photographs along with their admit card at the examination centre. Without an identity card, entry will not be permitted.

The online portal for the application submission process was started on 3rd November 2022. The application charge/ fee for the aspirants of General, Other Backward Classes (OBC), and Economically Weaker Section (EWS) categories was INR 700. For the Schedule Caste (SC), Schedule Tribe (ST), Person With Disability (PWD), and Ex-Serviceman (ESM) category aspirants, the fee was INR 200.
The maximum age limit for the SAIL Management Trainees posts is 28 years as of 23rd November 2022. The required educational qualification for the Management Trainees (MT) vacancies is- a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgy/ Mechanical/ Civil/ Chemical/ Mining or Instrumentation with 65% marks from any recognized university or institute. SAIL MT Exam Date 2023
The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) will organize the SAIL MT Examination 2023 for the 245 Management Trainees posts on 29th January 2023 at various examination centres. The SAIL Management Trainees (MT) Examination 2023 will be organized in two parts, i.e., Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 will consist of General Knowledge related questions of 100 marks, and the aspirants will get 40 minutes to solve the question paper.

Paper 2 of the SAIL Management Trainees (MT) Examination 2023 will be divided into four sections, i.e., Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Reasoning Ability, and General Awareness. Each section will have 25 marks, and the aspirants will get 80 minutes to solve the question paper. Aspirants have to pass the written to get promoted to the next rounds of the recruitment procedure, i.e., Group Discussion (GD) and Interview.

The Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) has offered a basic salary of up to INR 50,000 in the pay scale of INR 50,000 to INR 1,60,000 for the aspirants who will clear all three rounds of recruitment. After one year of training, the selected aspirants will get promoted to Assistant Manager posts on a pay scale of INR 60,000 to INR 1,80,000.
