The Ayushmann Khurrana and Jaideep Ahlawat starring Bollywood film An Action Hero, was released on 2nd December 2022 theatrically. The action-thriller film had a slow growth in its opening weekend. The Hindi language film An Action Hero is the third Bollywood film of the Actor Ayushmann Khurrana this year after Anek and Doctor G. The action comedy thriller movie, An Action Hero, is striving in the theatres with Varun Dhawan’s Bhediya and Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam 2. The film is directed by Anirudh Iyer and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Anand L. Rai under T-Series Films and Colour Yellow Productions.
Bollywood Actors Ayushmann Khurrana and Jaideep Ahlawat are in the lead roles in the film. Bollywood Star Akshay Kumar also made a Cameo appearance in the film. Along with that, Bollywood Divas Malaika Arora and Nora Fatehi are also seen in two of the item songs in the film An Action Hero.

The official trailer of An Action Hero was uploaded on 11th November 2022, and the film was released theatrically on 2nd December 2022. The story of the film is about a film star Manav Khurrana (Ayushmann Khurrana), who struggles with a career decline after accidentally killing a man during a shoot in Haryana. The man killed turns out to be the brother of Bhoora Solanki (Jaideep Ahlawat). Bhoora Solanki wants to avenge Manav Khurrana for his brother’s death.

An Action Hero Total Earnings
With slow growth in the cinemas on its opening day, the comedy thriller film, An Action Hero earned INR 1.31 crore. On its second day, the film showed an increase in its growth and earned a total of INR 2.16 crore in the collection. The film recorded a growth of up to 60% on the third day.
On the third day, 4th December 2022 (Sunday), of its domestic release, the film earned up to INR 2.40 crore. The total earnings of the Bollywood film An Action Hero are up to INR 5.87 crore. As per some reports, the film received more positive responses in Gurgaon, Chandigarh, Delhi, and Noida compared to other states. The Bollywood film An Action Hero has been made with a total budget of INR 30 crore.
