  1. I had provided my BSNL mobile no. ( 9740409475 ) during vaccination. I am unable to download the certificate as my phone is not receiving the OTP for unknown reasons. Please suggest alternate procedure, if any.

    • If you have lost your phone number registered for vaccination or not receiving any other then kindly contact cowin technical centre via phone number 01204783222 and ask them to change your registered number. New number will be changed in 7 days and you can get your certificate. Hope this helps.

    • i have taken my 2nd dose on 12th May 2022 but till now , i am not received my certificate. when i checked with help line for this certificate several time, they told, its no problem. they will update soon,,, they will update soon…. but now, its important now to go Star Hotels and Meetings… what to do…..
