The Uttar Pradesh government and the Department of Rural Development (DoUD) have initiated a great scheme for rural development. The scheme is for proving bank service at the doorstep at the village level.

Under the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission, this scheme helps in digital transactions through the BC Sakhi appointed by the SIDBI. In times of lockdown Business Correspondent Sakhi (BCS) did Rs 6000 Cr transactions.

UP BC Sakhi Notification in Hindi

Considering the applicants, the notification has been placed in the Hindi language. The Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission aims to recruit the 3808 BCs (Business Correspondent Sakhi) in Gram Panchayats. Those Gram Panchayats who have self-help groups will be given preference.

The official notification states to recruit the Business Correspondent Sakhi (BC) at the local level. The basic requirement for the job is having passed class 10th or having an equivalent degree.

UP BC Sakhi Salary 2023

Age criteria as per the notification are from 18 to 50 years old women can apply. They will be getting a good salary from the government.

The UP BC Sakhi will be receiving ₹4000 per month as a salary. The work duration will be till six months. This duration can be extended or shortened by the authorities. The government will also impart the training that is required for the job.

They will also be provided with an amount of Rs 50000 for the banking device. The Sakhis will be provided with a fixed commission from the bank for the banking activity regarding the transaction.

UP BC Sakhi Last Date 2023

Those who are eligible as per the notification placed by the UP government shall fill out the forms. The forms can be filled out by visiting the site https://www.upsrlm.org/vaccantgp. There you have to select the district, and then your block, and Gram Panchayat’s name then do the registration.

Those who are going to apply shall know that the last date for the UP BC Sakhi registration is 5th Feb 2023. Those who are willing to apply shall be able to read, write and have an understanding of the bank-related work. Those who have already worked in the bank and have a certain year’s experience will be given preference.
