Various certificates are prepared on the RTPS Bihar Portal i.e. @serviceonline.bihar.gov.in under the Home Department, Labour Resources Department, Planning & Development Department, and General Administration Department of Government of Bihar. RTPS Bihar – Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, or Residential Certificate
To apply for the caste certificate, income certificate, or residential certificate through the RTPS Bihar you have to follow the following step-by-step procedure carefully then you will be able to apply for it.
- To apply for any Certificate firstly you have to visit the new RTPS Bihar Portal i.e. @serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
- Post visiting the official portal you will find an option of “General Administration Department” under the section of “RTPS Services”.
- Post tapping on the above-mentioned option you will find an option of “Issuance of Caste Certificate”, “Issuance of Domicile Certificate” & “Issuance of Income Certificate” tap on the for the same that you want to apply.
- Post tapping on the above-mentioned option you will find an option of “Block Level” tap on it.
- Post tapping on the above-mentioned option you will be redirected to a webpage where you will be asked to fill in the required credentials like Applicant’s Name, Father Name, Mother Name, Mobile Number, Address, etc, fill all the asked credentials tap on the option of Proceed. (You needn’t fill in the Aadhaar Number because next, you have to upload the scan copy of the Aadhaar Card.)
- Post tapping on the above-mentioned option you will be able to be redirected to another webpage where you will be asked to upload the Aadhar Card scan copy, upload the asked document and finalize your application.
Note: Post finalizing the application don’t forget to download and print out the receipt of an application for further use.
RTPS Bihar – Application Status
To check the application status for the applied Caste Certificate, Income Certificate, Residential Certificate or any other documents through RTPS Bihar i.e. @serviceonline.bihar.gov.in you have to follow the following step-by-step procedure carefully then you will be able to check it.
- To check the application status of Caste Certificate, Income Certificate or Residential Certificate firstly you have to visit the official website of RTPS Bihar i.e. @serviceonline.bihar.gov.in.
- Post visiting the official website you will find three horizontal lines (menu) at the top right corner of the webpage, tap on the option.
- Post tapping on the above-mentioned option you will find an option “Citizen Section” tap on it.
- Post tapping on the above-mentioned option a drop-down menu will be visible before you where you will find an option of “Track Application Status” tap on it.
- Post tapping on the above-mentioned option you will be redirected to another webpage where you will have to choose the option of “Through Application Reference Number” choose it.
- Post choosing the above-mentioned option you will be asked to fill in the Application Reference Number, fill in the asked credentials and tap on the option of Application Submission Date.
- Post tapping on the above-mentioned option fill in the date on which you have applied for the certificate, you find the application submission and Application Reference Number in the receipt which you have downloaded after applying for the certificate.
- Post following above-mentioned option fill in the Word verification and tap on the option of SUBMIT.
- Post tapping on the above-mentioned option you will be redirected to another webpage where you will be asked to fill in some basic details, fill in these details and check if your application is approved or not.
If you found that your application is approved then you have to visit “swcs.bihar.gov.in/RtpsReportView/certificate_download.jsp”, fill in the required credentials, and then tap on the option of Download Certificate.
Note: Post tapping on the option of “Download Certificate” your Caste Certificate, Domicile Certificate, or Income Certificate will be downloaded in your device which will be printable, print the certificate for use.
