This problem is happening because of KYC server is down. Whenever you fill in your Aadhar card number, mobile number, and One-time password [OTP]. After filling, when you click on ‘Submit for Auth’, you will see the option of Invalid OTP. It may also be because your registered number is not linked with your Aadhar card.

Or you have not updated your Aadhaar card or mobile number. This can also happen if you have registered any other number in your PM Kisan portal. If you see the option of Invalid OTP while doing e-KYC, then you will have to try again. If still you are shown the option of OTP invalid, then you should go to the CSC center and get it opened.

There is only one solution for this by which you can get your 11th installment. You have to link your Aadhar card number. Or you have to update your registered number. If even by doing this, you are getting the record not found only, then you can go to your nearest CSC center.

You can open it with your fingerprint by visiting the CSC center. If even after trying all the methods your OTP is invalid then in the end only you will be able to open it by visiting the CSC center only through your biometric authentication.

  2. Iam waiting for my OTP after completion of my biometric process still I can receive my 11th instalment. I may complete the process by Monday means before end of March 31st.
    Hope the government extend the time until 31st March 2022

  7. I have used my Aircel Number when i enrolled in adhaar registration. The number i used has been deactivated as the Aircel company came to an end. I have linked my present number with adhaar. But OTP always goes to the previous aircel number and unable to see the OTP. The same has also encounter by many registered farmers in different parts of Mizoram..How will it be solved by updating the present phone number without visiting CSC..?

  9. I have my father registered but the status says pending for online verification and there has been no progress on this at all. I tried doing the KYC online on the website and I do not receive the OTP for aadhar verification at all

  10. I am in Manipur State. I am very happy to get upto 9th installment of PMKISAN. I have successfully done eKYC. But I did not get the 10th installment till today instead 11th installment is about to release. Please help !!.

    I have completed ekyc through otp & finally shows confirmation on portal as eKYC Successfully submitted. But on beneficiary status still payment mode shown as “Account”. Kindly help & confirm us whether eKyc completed.

    In Portal, it is asking for 2 OTP codes. 1 is Mobile OTP and the other is Aadhaar Registered Mobile OTP.

    For Aadhaar Registered Mobile OTP how can I get this code? Kindly Advise.
