Covid 19 is pretty mild for most people so how do we know that vaccination makes it milder? I had the virus and was exhausted for 2 days, with “cold” symptoms and a terrible headache; my sons has similar experiences. Unless you have breathing difficulties, in which case get imnediate medical help, self isolate for 14 days and go to bed until you feel better. The isolation is to protect others from catching COVID19 so our health systems are not overwhelmed by everyone getting it at the same time.
