Girl students who have passed 12th (Intermediate) & UG (Undergraduate) examination with first division can apply for the Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana. Even if you have passed the intermediate or under graduate examination with first division there are some more eligibility criterias for this yojana, which you must know about it.

Girl students who have passed the 12th & UG examination with first division must be unmarried, because the Bihar government doesn’t give the scholarship to those girl students who have married.

Note: For the Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana only those girl students can apply for who have passed the 12th board examination with Bihar School Examination Board & UG examination with any University of Bihar. One more important thing is that the girl student must be a domicile of Bihar.

For Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana only those girl students can apply who have passed the intermediate examination with first division for session  2018-20.

Note: Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana isn’t only for the intermediate girl students, it is also for the UG passed girl students. Girl students who have passed the UG examination having first division for session 2016-19 & 2017-20.

For 12th (Intermediate)

#2. After clicking on the link above you will be redirected to the E-Kalyan website, where you find various options. If you have passed the intermediate examination in 2020 then click on मुख्यमंत्री कन्या उत्थान योजना : – मुख्यमंत्री बालिका (माध्यमिक+2) प्रोत्साहन योजना 2020 के लिए आवेदन करें. (Link- 1) or मुख्यमंत्री कन्या उत्थान योजना : – मुख्यमंत्री बालिका (माध्यमिक+2) प्रोत्साहन योजना 2020 के लिए आवेदन करें. (Link- 2).

#3. After clicking on any option which are mentioned above, you will redirect to a web page where you will find an option of Click here to Apply, click on it.

#4. After clicking on the above option you will visit a web page where you Intermediate’s Registration Number & Total Obtained Marks. After filling these credentials fill CAPTCHA and tap on the Login button.

#5. After tapping on the above mentioned option you will redirect to a webpage where you are asked to upload a scan copy of your family’s income certificate (Income certificate must be below Rs. 1,50,000) and your bank passbook scan copy, upload these documents and finalise your application.

After clicking on the above mentioned option you will be asked to fill in some details and upload your photograph (50 kb), signature (20 kb), Aadhaar Card’s scan copy (500 kb), Residential certificate scan copy (500 kb), Bank passbook’s scan copy (500 kb) and graduation certificate or marksheet’s scan copy (500 kb). Upload all the required credentials and finalize your application.

Note: You can apply for Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana (Undergraduate) only between the time 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM.
