  1. Sir I got my 1st vaccinations on 17th June 2022 and got 2nd vaccinations on 18th September 2022.
    For 1st dose the mobile number used is 93428338015,but I lost that mobile so I updated with the mobile number 6366199430 for the second dose of covidshield. Now the problem is I cannot download vaccinations certificate. So please help me.

  2. I had my first dose of Covishield vaccination on 10-03- 2022 using 94408170000 as mobile number and with Pan: AFUPK0782Q.
    I had my second Dose of vaccination on 12-06-2021 using 8977712727 as mobile number and with my adar No: 7550 0187 8385.
    My first dose details are not available in the web site.
    after second dose, got a mwssage from NHPSMS stating it as first dose.
    How to rectify this please.
